Schilke B1 Custom Series Bb Trumpet Silver-Plated

The Schilke B1 Bb Trumpet is a cornerstone of the Schilke B & X Series and reflects the design philosophy of legendary trumpet maker Renold O. Schilke. Known for its open, unrestricted response, the B1 gives players the flexibility to explore a broad spectrum of tonal colors—from a warm, rich, full-bodied sound to a bright, brilliant tone when the music calls for it.

Its medium-large .460" bore offers a balanced combination of freedom, projection, and tonal flexibility. The B1 features a #1 taper, one-piece yellow brass bell with an unsoldered bead, along with a reverse leadpipe and round main tuning-slide crook. Practical touches including a first-slide saddle and third-slide ring provide additional control and adjustment during performance.

Finished in elegant silver plate, the B1 offers the professional appearance and performance versatility expected from a Schilke instrument. This new trumpet includes a case and mouthpiece and is backed by Schilke's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
